Raised in Texas where she studied at the University of Texas at Austin and got her degree at the Art Institute. She began her career as an illustrator, before becoming a graphic designer at a progressive design firm. Moving to Los Angeles, her career as an art director in music packaging was launched at Warner Brothers Records, A&M Records and Maverick Records. For the last decade, she has been a part of R Twerk & Co alongside Gary Burden and working with Neil Young on his albums and movies. Her work has been featured in The New York Times, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Museum, AIGA, Communication Arts, Graphis Poster, HOW and i.d. Magazine among others.

In 2010, Jenice, along with Gary Burden and Neil Young, won a Grammy for Art Direction and Design for Special Packaging for Neil Young Archives Vol. I Box Set. Her painting NEIL Letters is featured on top of the box.
